Carer Onboarding Recruiter - 12 Months FTC
About us
Elder is a dynamic scale-up revolutionising the care industry by connecting older adults to self-employed carers through an innovative technology-driven introductory model. We are committed to using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes for our customers and carers.
About the role
The Recruitment team at Elder plays a vital role in bringing exceptional, compassionate carers onto our platform—people who are passionate about delivering high-quality care across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking ambitious self-starters to help scale our recruitment process, onboard new carers, and re-engage those already in our carer community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys people-facing work and is keen to gain experience across business operations, recruitment, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and aligned with Elder’s mission. You'll need to be adaptable, confident when speaking to candidates, and motivated by meaningful work.
What you’ll be responsible for
End-to-end onboarding - Managing the full carer application journey: from screening and interviews to compliance checks and onboarding, ensuring each carer is set up to thrive on our platform.
Pipeline engagement - Maintaining an active, healthy pipeline by nurturing relationships, guiding candidates through each stage, and ensuring a consistent supply of qualified carers ready for work.
Preparing carers for success - Supporting carers into their first placement by developing their online profiles and showcasing their experience and strengths.
Carer outreach - Connecting with prospective carers to share Elder’s story, vision, and values.
Re-engagement & relationship building - Strengthening connections with existing carers to encourage ongoing involvement and repeat placements.
Target-driven execution - Meeting individual KPIs and contributing to team goals, with a focus on delivery, quality, and consistency.
